Refund policy

Customers can return items within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Customers generally pay return postage, and exchanges incur an additional shipping charge. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 1 working day of delivery. Sale and Factory Store items can usually be exchanged but are not refundable unless faulty. Returns require prior notification before being sent back.
